Twitter Hit of the Day 10.06.10
Today’s Twitter hit artist, Kris Allen, beat Adam Lambert and won the “American Idol” Season 8.
Ironically enough, Kris Allen doesn’t own a TV! He didn’t even watch “American Idol” until he was living with his parents in 2008 and happened to watch an episode with them.

Kris Allen is awesome. I wish him all the best. He deserves it. Live Like We’re Dying is insanely catchy and great.

I love ‘Live Like We’re Dying’ … I also love Kris Allen’s debut album and his latest single ‘The Truth’.

Season 8 was my fave/only season that I watched American Idol. I felt fortunate that I “discovered” Kris Allen. I always feel connected with his music. He also introduced me many pop songs and singers that I did not know before . “Live Like We’re Dying”, “The Truth”, “Alright With Me” and “Red Guitar” were my top 4 faves.

I love his voice and his album! Had the chance to catch him in concert last week and had an awesome time! He’s one of those artists that sound even better live than they do on their CD. Amazing energy with the band!
Live Like We’re Dying is great, but it’s been out forever… been listening to his new single The Truth a lot more.
BTW, he does finally have a tv.. he’s mentioned liking Criminal Minds, although there’s not too much else he watches. He doesn’t really have the time to watch anything on tour now, though!
